Hi there,

Sorry but I don't speak Dutch. I live in Paris France where my setup stands and half a year I live in la Reunion Island French Overseas where i was born and from where I write to you.

My system is special to me because I think it looks like higher-end than it is really for the money I spent. Every component has been choosen bearing in mind I had to find the best bang for my bucks. Selling and buying new equipments can be expensive if you do not pay attention to these things.

My CDplayer comes from China at a third the price I sould have paid it in France. The preamplifier has been bought to the manufacturer as an ex-dem discontinuated model, the amplifier was bought as a discontinuated product and the speakers were negociated to a good price in my local shop.

The all setup sounds good. The two 10" drivers offer good stereo effect, better than two small cabinet speaker plus a subwoofer. It lacks perhaps a bit bass extension but I still can use the sub-input of my speakers. For now I don't want to complicate things and I even tend to simplify my setup.

There is one thing you have to know about my setup. I have a new one.. These pics come from my old setup. Now I have a new Marantz PM17 MKII integrated amplifier in place of my preamp + amp. I will post the new setup pics when I'll be back from holliday :)
